What is the minimum order?
Custom products are made from 100 pieces. For smaller quantities, the options are checked individually for each project.
How long does production take?
Production usually takes 2–4 weeks from design approval. The lead time depends on the product type, quantity and level of personalisation – the exact time is given with the quote.
Will I see the product before production?
Yes. Before production starts, a prototype is made and its photos are sent for approval. Production begins only after approval.
What logo file is needed?
An idea, a logo, a sketch or a short description is enough. No ready-made 3D design is needed – the design and a visual of the product are prepared from it.
Can I order a product in a completely new shape?
Yes. The product can have any shape and colour to match your project. Ready-made designs are just inspiration – your own motif or logo is also possible.
